Presales Engineer (H/F/X)
Chez Shinka, le rôle de Presales Engineer est central : il garantit que ce que nous proposons à nos clients est réaliste, cohérent et parfaitement délivrable, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Sales et Opérations.
Rôle
En tant que référent technique de l’avant-vente, vous intervenez en amont des projets pour transformer les besoins clients en solutions concrètes et robustes.
Vous êtes un véritable pont entre le commercial et l’opérationnel.
Responsabilités
1. Concevoir des solutions techniques pertinentes
- Analyser les besoins techniques des clients
- Concevoir des architectures adaptées avec les équipes internes (Technical Architect, Business Units, vendors)
- Structurer les offres techniques
2. Soutenir la dynamique commerciale
- Participer aux rendez-vous clients
- Apporter un support technique lors des présentations
- Défendre les choix d’architecture
3. Garantir la cohérence des engagements
- Assurer l’alignement entre ce qui est vendu, conçu et délivré
- Sécuriser la faisabilité technique des solutions
4. Faciliter la transition vers les équipes projets
- Participer aux kick-offs
- Transmettre la vision technique
- Contribuer aux handovers
Vous assurez une continuité fluide vers le delivery.

Vous êtes rattaché au département commercial et collaborez étroitement avec :

Profil recherché
Soft skills
- Capacité à comprendre les enjeux techniques et business
- Assertif, capable de challenger un client
- Orientation solutions pragmatiques
- Esprit d’équipe et transversalité
- Excellentes capacités pédagogiques
- Rigueur, organisation et sens du résultat
Compétences techniques
- Expérience en réseau et cybersécurité (Alcatel, Cisco, Fortinet, Checkpoint) — indispensable
- Connaissance des solutions systèmes — un plus
- Minimum 4 à 5 ans d’expérience (ops ou presales)
- Anglais professionnel

- Outils de gestion de projets (Jira, Trello, Asana…)
- Suivi de performance (KPIs, dashboards)
- Méthodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban)
