Votre rôle
Pour renforcer l’équipe de Gestion de Projets, Shinka est à la recherche d’un(e) project manager (H/F/X) afin d’assurer les tâches suivantes :
- Gestion au quotidien des projets avancés chez nos clients (planification, suivi du planning et du budget, gestion des risques, gestion des ressources, coordination avec les parties prenantes, …)
- Anticipation des nouveaux projets et proposition des mesures nécessaires pour les gérer
- Amélioration des processus de gestion de projet au sein de l’entreprise
- Analyse de rentabilité durant et après les projets
- Suivi proactif des incidents clients et apport d’expérience de suivi pour la résolution de ceux-ci
- Conception et mise à jour des tableaux de bord de projets
- Contribution au planning global de l’organisation et de ses différentes équipes
- Reporting régulier vers les équipes internes
Votre profil
- Formation à orientation commerciale, informatique ou une expérience probante de minimum 2 années dans le domaine
- Attrait pour le domaine de l'informatique et des nouvelles technologies en général
- Vous disposez d'expérience en gestion de projet
- Vous savez travailler en équipe et respecter les délais imposés par le client
- Vous êtes autonome, structuré, méthodique, ponctuel et avez un esprit d'analyse
- Vous êtes organisé, pouvez évaluer correctement les priorités
- Vous êtes orienté client
- Vous êtes orienté solutions et faites les liens et connexions nécessaire pour trouver des compromis
- Vous aimez le travail d'équipe. Votre sens de la collaboration et de l'entraide sont reconnus
- Vous faites preuve d'aisance dans votre communication vers les clients et vers les équipes de projet
- Vous rédigez des documents en français et anglais avec une bonne orthographe et êtes à l'aise au téléphone/visioconférence
- Vous avez une connaissance conversationnelle de l'anglais technique
- Vous possédez le permis B
