Ton rôle :
En tant que Project Manager Junior, tu seras accompagné(e) pour piloter progressivement des projets variés autour de :
- Infrastructures IT (réseaux, sécurité, wifi…)
- Cybersécurité (protection des accès, monitoring, sécurité mail…)
- Projets de conformité et amélioration des systèmes
👉 Tu ne seras jamais seul(e) : tu évolueras avec des experts prêts à te faire grandir.
Concrètement, ton quotidien :
✅ Coordonner et faire avancer les projets
- Participer à toutes les étapes d’un projet (du lancement à la livraison)
- Travailler avec des équipes internes et des clients
- Suivre l’avancement et aider à lever les blocages
✅ Donner de la visibilité
- Mettre à jour les suivis projets (dashboards)
- Communiquer de manière claire avec les équipes
✅ Apprendre et t’améliorer en continu
- Proposer des idées pour améliorer l’organisation
- Développer tes compétences techniques et organisationnelles
- Comprendre les enjeux IT et cybersécurité
Ton profil :
- Diplômé(e) (ou première expérience) en gestion, IT ou équivalent
- Une première expérience est un plus… mais pas obligatoire si tu es motivé(e)
- Organisé(e), curieux(se), avec envie d’apprendre
- À l’aise dans la communication et le travail en équipe
- Français courant + bon niveau oral en anglais (B1/B2)
- Permis B
- Le plus important : ton potentiel et ton envie d’évoluer
