Inside Sales (H/F/X)
Shinka IT recherche activement un Inside Sales (H/F/X) dans le but de compléter l’équipe commerciale déjà en place !
Ton rôle
En tant qu’Inside Sales, Tu assureras les tâches suivantes :
- Après une formation sur les outils internes, nos produits et solutions, tu seras chargé(e) d’assister les Account Managers dans leurs tâches quotidiennes, à savoir :
- Rédaction d'offres
- Suivi clients
- Gestion des échéances clients
- Gestion des évènements clients
- Tu effectueras un Reporting régulier vers le responsable commercial
- Tu assureras l’accueil téléphonique de deuxième ligne
Ton profil

Tu possèdes un Bachelier à orientation commerciale et/ou une expérience probante de 2 années dans le domaine

Un attrait pour le domaine de l'informatique et des nouvelles technologies en général est nécessaire

Tu es apte à travailler en équipe et à respecter les délais imposés par le client

Tu es fiable, autonome, méthodique, ponctuel et possède un esprit d'analyse reposant sur de bonnes connaissances techniques

Tu as une orthographe irréprochable

Tu maitrises l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
