Ton rôle
En tant qu’Admin & Stock Coordinator, tu es la personne qui assure que tout tourne rond.
On compte sur toi pour gérer ton périmètre en toute autonomie, tout en étant le support indispensable de l’équipe.
Tu seras responsable de :
- 📦 La gestion du stock : commande, réception, envoi en clientèle — tu es maître·sse du flux
- 💼 La facturation clients et fournisseurs ainsi que les encodages comptables : tu prends ton dossier en main et tu le mènes au bout
- ☎️ L’accueil téléphonique et physique : tu gères, filtres, rediriges avec professionnalisme
- 🗂️ L’archivage et le classement : tu aimes quand tout est carré
- 🛒 Les fournitures et le catering : tu anticipes les besoins avant qu’on te les demande
Chez nous, tu n’es pas dans l’exécution. Tu es responsable de ton organisation et tu fais évoluer les processus quand tu le juges utile.
Ton profil
Tu correspondras parfaitement si tu possèdes :
- 🎓 Un bachelier à orientation administrative.
- 🧾 Une première expérience de minimum 3 ans en administration + commandes + facturation
- 💡 Une affinité avec les environnements IT / tech
- ✍️ Une orthographe irréprochable
- 🌍 Un anglais professionnel
Mais surtout :
👉 Tu es autonome, débrouillard(e), tu prends les devants et tu ne restes pas bloqué(e) facilement
👉 Tu prends plaisir à organiser, structurer et optimiser
