Pour soutenir notre croissance, nous recherchons un(e) Marketing & Communication Officer capable de passer à l’action, de créer du contenu impactant et de faire rayonner notre expertise sur le marché.
🎯 Ta mission
Tu joues un rôle clé dans le développement de notre visibilité et le soutien aux équipes commerciales.
Ton objectif : attirer l’attention, générer de l’intérêt et contribuer concrètement à la création d’opportunités business.
Concrètement, tu vas :
Déployer notre communication externe
- Créer du contenu engageant (posts LinkedIn, articles, campagnes, case studies…)
- Mettre en valeur nos expertises et projets IT
- Définir et structurer une ligne éditoriale cohérente
- Gérer la diffusion sur nos canaux digitaux (réseaux sociaux, site web, campagnes email…)
- Lancer et suivre des campagnes marketing
Organiser des événements :
- Participer activement à l’organisation de salons, événements IT, webinars,...
- Coordonner les aspects logistiques et communicationnels
- Travailler avec des partenaires/vendor
- Soutenir les équipes Sales pour maximiser l’impact business
Piloter tes actions
- Suivre et analyser la performance de tes campagnes (engagement, leads, visibilité…)
- Ajuster en continu tes actions pour maximiser les résultats
- Suivre les budgets marketing
Avec qui vas-tu travailler ?

- Sales → génération d’opportunités
- Presales & R&D → compréhension des solutions IT
- Management → alignement stratégique
- Partenaires externes et internes → campagnes et événements
Ton profil
Expérience
- 2 à 5 ans en marketing/communication (en B2B uniquement)
- Une première expérience est nécesaire et, idéalement, dans un environnement digital ou IT (vrai plus)
Compétences
- Très à l’aise avec les réseaux sociaux
- Bonne maîtrise des campagnes emailing et outils marketing
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle
- Aisance rédactionnelle (FR + bon niveau d’anglais)
- Esprit analytique : tu regardes les résultats et tu ajustes
Ton état d’esprit
- Autonome, proactif(ve) et orienté(e) résultats
- Créatif(ve), mais toujours au service d’un objectif business
- Curieux(se) du monde IT et des nouvelles technologies
- À l’aise pour collaborer avec différents profils
