Cyber Resilience 2025
Lundi 13 octobre 2025

As part of Cybersecurity Month, on October 13, 2025, Shinka had the pleasure of welcoming around forty IT, cybersecurity, and business management professionals to the Domaine de Naxhelet for a day entirely devoted to a topic that has become essential: cyber resilience.
Organized in collaboration with our partners Microsoft, Check Point, and Armis, this event aimed to address resilience from a technological perspective, as well as from an organizational and human perspective, with an exclusive testimonial from our client Sprimoglass.

A clear ambition: turning threats into drivers of progress
In a world where attacks are on the rise and work environments are becoming increasingly hybrid, the question is no longer “if” a company will be targeted, but “when.”
With this in mind, our Cyber Resilience 2025 day aimed to offer a concrete and pragmatic vision of strategies and tools to strengthen IT, OT, and IoT security in the long term while promoting business continuity.
Three key sessions to rethink security in 2025
Working securely in a hybrid world
The morning began with a retrospective followed by a presentation on the latest developments in artificial intelligence, presented by our partner Arrow, a Microsoft Copilot expert. We learned how to take advantage of the added value that Microsoft Copilot brings to our daily use while ensuring enhanced data security.

We then explored how to secure our environments in an increasingly hybrid world with Microsoft's technical solutions. We learned:
- how Entra ID can effectively help us manage identities,
- how Defender XDR can effectively protect us,
- and how Purview can be an adequate solution for maintaining control over our data and ensuring compliance.
The emphasis was on the need to integrate security at the heart of all thinking, and to make it a collective reflex rather than a technical constraint.
A specific session on securing collaborative tools and emails using the Check Point Harmony Email and Collaboration solution demonstrated how the Check Point solution complements the Microsoft solution.

Exclusive testimonial: Sprimoglass, from crisis to transformation
A highlight of the day was Pierre Mathieu, Enterprise Architect at Sprimoglass, sharing an exclusive testimonial about the cyberattack his company suffered.

His sincere and humble speech had a profound impact on the audience.
“What doesn’t kill us makes us stronger.”
In his account, he described the key stages of the crisis: the initial shock, the mobilization of the IT team and its partners, the board’s awareness of the situation, and the lessons learned to strengthen the company’s security posture in the long term.
This feedback highlighted the importance of internal communication, managerial support, and long-term vision in transforming an incident into an opportunity for growth.
Securing the invisible: IT, OT, and IoT
The third session, led by Armis, focused on hybrid and industrial environments, where the line between IT and OT is becoming increasingly blurred.
Through a demonstration of their agentless, cloud-native platform, participants learned how to identify, map, and secure all connected assets, whether managed or unmanaged, visible or invisible.
This approach is essential at a time when connected objects are proliferating in production lines, logistics networks, and critical infrastructure.
A day of discussion, sharing, and human connection

Beyond the content, this day was above all an opportunity for peers to meet and discuss: CIOs, CISOs, IT managers, business decision-makers, and security experts.
Between each session, discussions continued over a networking breakfast, a convivial dinner, and even an introduction to golf in the lush green setting of the Domaine de Naxhelet.
The format was deliberately relaxed, designed to encourage authentic conversations and concrete feedback between participants.
A successful event... and one that is already eagerly anticipated
The entire Shinka IT team would like to warmly thank all the participants, speakers, and partners for their commitment and enthusiasm.
This first edition demonstrated how collaboration between technology players, companies, and field experts can be a tremendous driver of progress.

See you next year for another inspiring and enriching event.
Until then, Shinka will continue its mission: to support companies in their secure digital transformation, using technology to build trust and improve performance.
